Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AirLog ("the App"), operated by Algorithmic Enterprise (Malaysia). By using AirLog, you agree to these Terms.

The service

AirLog is a personal logging app for capturing text, photos, videos, voice recordings, files, code, and events, synced across devices. Features may change over time.

Your account

You need a valid email. You're responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your account. Minimum age 13 (or your country's minimum). Report unauthorised access to oliverng826@gmail.com.

Subscriptions and billing

One-month free trial. After that, RM7.00/month (or local equivalent shown by your app store). Billed via Apple App Store or Google Play; we don't process or store payment details. Auto-renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel anytime in your Apple/Google subscription settings; access continues until the period ends. Refunds follow Apple/Google policies; we generally can't refund directly. Prices may change with prior notice.

Your content

You own your logs. You're responsible for what you store and must have the right to store it. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, display, and sync your content back to you. We don't access or share your content except as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't break the law, infringe rights, store illegal/harmful content, hack or disrupt the App, or access another user's account. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

Service availability

Provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee it's uninterrupted or error-free, or that data is never lost. Keep your own backups of important content.

Termination

You may stop and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches or if we discontinue the App.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data/profits/content. Total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Governing law

Laws of Malaysia; disputes subject to Malaysian courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will post a new "Last updated" date.
